I’m Diksha, and I started this journey with a simple belief: that beautiful, thoughtfully curated products should be honest, heart-informed, and rooted in tradition.
When I chose the name “The Pavizha”, I did so with intention and heart. Pavizha comes from the Malayalam–Tamil word for red coral—a gemstone that carries deep symbolism and natural beauty. It’s known as Pavizham or Moonga in many parts of India and holds a respected place among the traditional Navagraha gemstones, revered for its ties to Mars and its energy-giving qualities.
To me, red coral represents a gift from nature—vibrant, bold, and alive. In Vedic astrology, it’s believed to bring courage, vitality, clarity, and protection—qualities I want every piece I create to embody.
My brand is rooted in the principle that the most beautiful treasures start in nature. Just as coral forms organically, over time, under the sea, so too are my designs inspired by natural wonders. I aim to present them as gifts—beautiful yet grounded in authenticity and simplicity.
